At Old School Culture, we take pride in the quality of our vintage-inspired graphic T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel. Every order is prepared with care, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because our products are made to order, we produce items specifically for each customer's order to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where the claim is confirmed, offer an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Depending on your preference and the circumstances, the available resolution may include:

  • Full refund: A refund for the affected item, including applicable shipping charges where required by law.

  • Replacement or reshipment: A replacement item sent at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report a problem. This reporting period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that may apply.

To help us resolve your claim, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item, where applicable.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving instructions.

2. Made-to-Order Products and Change-of-Mind Returns

Our products are made to order to help reduce excess inventory and environmentally damaging waste.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind requests, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color.

  • Changing your mind after placing an order.

  • Deciding that you no longer want the item.

  • Selecting the wrong product or design at checkout.

Please carefully review the product description, size guide, color options, and order details before completing your purchase.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any return, cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

Because products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at oldschoolcult7@gmx.ch. We will determine whether the requested change is possible based on the order's production and fulfillment status.

Once production has started or an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. The actual time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Where a replacement or reshipment is agreed upon, we will provide further information about the fulfillment timeline.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Old School Culture will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary and required by our resolution process or applicable law.

For other return requests, eligibility and responsibility for shipping costs will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

6. Packages Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at oldschoolcult7@gmx.ch with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and investigate the shipment where appropriate. If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
